zahnj.. the 2 current rumors are.....

the SEC forced the company to increase the A/S, possibly to cover a discrepency at the DTCC....

which of course begs the question , why would the SEC be so benevolent to the corrupt DTCC, to the detriment of the company and it's shareholders.

second rumor....

is that the increase was improperly recorded in Nevada, and it's only 5 mil or 55 mil, not 550 mil ..

thirdly.....

may the bird of paradise fly up our noses...
