they seem pretty minimalist when it comes to certain things....like paying their Nevada fees for FFI (over 4 months late, and counting):

and don't get me started on their "calender chaos", concerning some of the dates in their filings, or things like saying they have implemented internal controls after the BIG PLUNGE "weakness", then saying in the next section they haven't put controls in place, etc, etc, etc....."fully reporting", yeah, OK......

guess I'm just talking to myself with most of this......
