I read it, thanks for the heads up.
Now what do we do about this?
He is out of control and cares little about the investors. Tha only thing he cares about is making himself money and doing it legally so he doesn't have to pay the piper.
We need to gain control of the company and place someone competent in his place before the company is bankrupt.
