I agree with some of that, but don't forget the Clinton era was the bubble for the Internet and all the stock corruption,
Enron, Global crossing, World Com, Lucent etc. it all started in the 1990's. As we know March 2000 the nasdaq was above 5000 and in December, it dropped below 2500.
