well lazy understood what I meant Ally...why don't you? In easy to understand words, if they don't show you a professional organization up front (the bathroom analogy) why would you have confidence they are keeping your best interest at heart in the seclusion of their offices etc (the kitchen part of the analogy) If they don't impress you with the part of the business that is the only thing you can put your eyes/hands on--the website, transparencey of press releases, etc--why would you trust what they do in private. A clean bathroom doesn't always assure a high quality kitchen, but its certainly a better indication than a dirty bathroom...
