The link is right there in the Ibox. I made a big issue about it when it came out and immediately warned about its implications with regard to possible dilution of the common, but was shouted down. You can refer back to our discussion here at the time if you like. Let me know whether you think the dividend payments on the B shares will rise proportionately with any increases in the common OS.
