That's not true. You don't think there are shareholders expecting promised dividends that wouldn't call the SEC to complain because the company didn't pay it?

JSDA - Shareholders filed a suit against them because they claimed Jones Soda was dishonest on how they would market. The SEC was involved and found no basis.

Just a real example for you.
