Hey Capted...hope all well.

Interesting job posting...would be fun!... I just don't agree with the chincy 1/2 of 1% they offer. I know it is their company and they make the rules...but why not let the diver REALLY share in the dream?... why not give him 5%? If they find a pile worth a Million, he should get $50k of it for hard work AND honesty..paid of course at the end of the contract time.. ...not a lousy $5k... do that and you'll attract the best and they will stay... jmo... sounds like a great year to have on a resume though....
