Don't forget Putin said

he had a lot of friends in Texas at the High School
meeting in Crawford. I did a job for an oil man in 1997
here in California that was at that time knee deep in
Russian exploration. He told me then that Russia was sitting on some of the largest untapped oil resreves in the world and they
needed our technology to develope them. Maybe recent attacks were silently subsidized by our "freinds" in Saudi Arabi to send us a message? I say bring on the Russians and let the ungratefull
Middle East eat sand! US companies made those SOB's and
we can break them. Think about it, what kind of economy
do these fools have without the Evil Empire (us)supporting
their oil? Bushes public display with Putin was intended to
send that very message IMO.
