History cannot be written about Iraq until we see the results of the new country. If it turns out like Germany & Japan after WWII, you will be totally wrong. See, Bush is looking ten to twenty years out, not tomorrow.

You seem to put a lot of faith, when it suits your view, of a CIA that did not predict 911 or no WMDs, to overthrow a tightly controlled dictator.

We are not permitted to use the tactics we used 50-60 years ago to settle these things. During the occupation of Germany after WWII, we put anyone who endangered a soldier against the wall and shot them, France used the guillotine, Russia hung them. There were no hearings or trials. They weren't too particular if they had the right guy either, but the message was loud and clear.
