VERY important post. That is what I say since last Friday.

To explain: It is not the company which decides about the record day and ex day for that stock dividend. It is this organisation with that link and list on OTC page. As long as we do not have ISBL on this list, we do not have the dates for the dividend.

And because it was not on this list yesterday we can be 100% sure that the record day for the dividend was not last friday and not yesterday. If the dividend is paid the day you have to hold and the exdate which means the first day after the dividend is paid would be announced.

For the actual situation this means that the dividend payment is NOT approoved until today legally and many shareholders who sold already will not get their dividend. It is not important that the company announced the day for the dividend. It is not in their power to decide it. They have to file that there. Even its an OTC stock.

This situation will bring many problems for ISBL because many shareholders will be very disappointed that they will not get the dividend.
