I am realistic. I talked to MG yesterday afternoon.

What things weren't you told? That NIR needs to get 72K monthly payment (which generally comes by way of dilution of OS). That ADMH hasn't received funding from NIR (450K payment). That they are depending on the payment and looking for other people to loan them money.

Believe me I want to company to succeed as bad as the next stockholder but going to be realistic, them not getting this payment which had been talked about since the beginning of the year isn't good. Just last week MG told me there was going to be a PR mid week about getting that funding. Giving me the impression that is was a done deal. Now MG is saying that aren't sure they can get the funding? Who is being honest with who?

I guess I question two things. How honest is the MG? and will this ever get off the ground without NIR funding?

(side note I don't see how ADMH can give up any money to NIR, they need every last dime and for NIR to get even 50K (of the 72K monthly payment) from ADMH stock it increase of 50M +). That saying the PPS doesn't go down in the .000 range. This funding from NIR was critial and very bad IMO if they dont get it.
