if you read the post on this board and the history of post on this board, then you will see where they have been saying the pps is about to take off for over a year now.

dont bet on it happening anytime soon.

If you look at those news releases you will see the safe harbor lanuage that protects them from any misrepresentations.

You should look at the filings for the company. Those are sworn to as being accurate. News announcements are not sworn statements and companies can release almost anything
