LOL! You make it sound like a movie. In the message board world, I guess it kinda is with the wild speculation that goes on. However, as I'm sure the Judge "knows" about the message boards, I doubt he reads them and sees this as nothing more than a scam.

Now, folks keep mentioning the NSS and other crooks. It's not up to the SEC to go find unnamed crooks regarding this play. It's up to RUFUS to name the defendents. And that'd be a separate litigation anyway. So ask yourself. Why doesn't Rufus name the defendents in a court filing?

Specifically, who the NSS is.
