Great. Do not be afraid to take profit; especially on these penny's. I sold today @ .0085 from .0045. Maybe too soon, but that's ok.

I read over the 10Q pretty fast and was not too suprised. Hard to say about the Debt; they may have to create more with the acquisition. Hopefully they are able to sell preferred shares for the money they need. Just as long as they don't get into one of those death spiral financing deals. Am not fond of debentures.

Yes, the SEC lowered the holding period on restricted shares to 6 mos.
