Matt, actaully there wasn't any open ended or implied notion intended. What I meant is simply that we give the Cuban people the opportunity to decide their own future direction.

One must not forget that one of the reasons Fidel Castro came to power is that the previous corrupt Cuban government was backed by Eisenhower - all in the name of the Cold War. Let's not do the same mistake again. But, as I said earlier, that is likely a naive wish of mine...
