Very few shares changed hands @.004-.005...

Then someone painted the tape @.006 @ close. I wouldn't expect a rise in PPS for awhile. NITE is probably just trying to sucker newbies in by painting.

When news of some sort of settlement nears speculative trading will take us in one direction or another pending the anticipated outcome.
