Sears to carry Dataplay devices-

I was curious if Sears was one of the big retailers Fred said they talked to at CES so I sort of in a round about way asked.

Talked to a buyer today with a question on XM radios and asked him about MP3s and e-digital. Said that Sears would be expanding their MP3 offerings in 100 stores as a test and would be carrying a selection comparable to Circuit and Best Buy. He said that he was playing with a Data Play disc as I was talking with him. He knew about the MTV player and Evolution although I could not get a definitive answer that it would be carried. He mentioned the Samsung player so I feel that is very likely as Sears has a good relationship with Samsung. The two of them sponsered High Definition broadcasts of college football every Saturday last fall. Just my opinion and FWIW.
