The ibox contains an article stating that the total cost of the deal is $65M--$45M loan and $20M equity. Tom V reported (I think) that LLEG has an equity partner to help them with the $20M. I don't recall how much LLEG covered and how much the equity partner, but the partner was putting forth the far greater share. Perhaps Tom V can remind us. In any case, since LLEG is selling shares to meet its equity obligation, I don't think you can say that the financing is non-dilutive, though this might be mostly true.

Recently we learnt that the deal is now for $80M. I don't know what the new structure is. More details here would be VERY welcome!
