Should CDEX use the "tried and true", LOL!!!,(even a cavemen can understand) slick marketing practices of YOUR company sanddollar: bprg/meldex? Did you get your grandmother and relatives to sink their life savings into "your" company? Even with the name change and the deceptive marketing arts used for their model, it seems the sp is still in the doldrums.....How long have they had your money now? 10 years? More?:

Be realistic about the floatation market cap - overpriced issues may fail,
deliver the business model and the share price will look after itself,
everyone needs to win
Do not hawk your proposition around looking for the highest valuation
Clear understandable strategy & business model - would your teenage daughter
or your grandmother understand it and believe in it?
Well prepared numbers which "LOOK REALISTIC" Be prepared to be interrogated
Use a laptop with pictures and digital movies, not endless copy.
CONFIDENT, ENTHUSIASTIC SINCERE DELIVERY OF THE PRESENTATION - REHEARSE,
REHEARSE, and REHEARSE AGAIN
