Why do you all think a patent reexam can be done in 4 months?

Take a look at http://www.smithhopen.com/reexam.asp a partner firm of ours, and then scroll down to the large diagram in step 4. NEOM has just passed the Patent Owner Statement box, it is now in the box to the right of it which happens to be EFF. After that then the reexam starts on regular expedited Patent Office time, and that will be around 20 or so months (as patents exminations are taking around 3-5 years currently).

So where on earth did April 15th come - most likely the time when it gets handed over to the patent office for that long drawn out period.

Why do you think NEOM should be treated any differently to all other IP reexams in the country - bottom line it isn't going to be.
