First, Chad says 504 is done,and that was weeks ago and the O/S grew big to 383 mil shares--504 done but then there's that pesky promissory note--oops--and the O/S skyrockets to 687 million--and then Chad says well it'll be 977 million fully diluted and then Chad says oops, we have to add another 80 million shares for something else--
