4 of the months have already been reported... That leaves most of the 3 BILLION call counts occurring in the past 4 months... It could have been that the Nov. 07 FTC crackdown scared a lot of telemarketers into signing up for the service also!

Therefore, the numbers for 4th quarter may be BLOWOUT.. And this quarter - first quarter 2008 may be even more BLOWOUT..
