Good reposting of PART of my thoughts. But I notice that you didn't say anything about the other part of my thoughts...and that's the part that stated that those authorized shares are not too many if PHGI begins gold mining. Not too many at all.

Of course, if the bashers are right, and mining never commences, then my thoughts will change. But why build a road if you're never going to use it?
