It may not apply to pinks but we can all see what I was getting at, assuming everything goes according to plan then that is essentially what they are doing a reverse merger. Also, there is no reason for me to believe the deal won't go through. If you read the PR it clearly states that it is a BINDING agreement to acquire Baron. Thanks and have a great day.
