How would a person determine at what point in time did the good folks at MXSV determine that the roundup would not be forthcoming? Was it before the Def-14c came out, or after the X-Date, or was it when they got a call from a lawyer soliciting business?
This whole mess looks like an officially sanctioned bait and switch scam. After all, who would have bought, were it not for the roundup provision filed and posted?
