EarnestDD, I said, I would wait until the price fall but that was after you predictted :

I think the new floor will established by this settlement which with 310 Million shares is approx. 16% of the total Outstanding shares or about 33% of the free-trading float.

So a new floor in the range of $0.0008 to $0.0015 would be realistic IMO.
