It is more or less nonsense to compare what you own in relation to the number of shares that may be issued rather then the number of shares outstanding. The A/S can always be increased. It may be good or bad for shareholders that the O/S is increased. It is not necessarily bad as you seem to assume. Moreover, the O/S may never be increased so much that it reaches the A/S.
