The question at hand is, why?.... whether this individual uses a 10b5-1 plan or not and not really knowing any filing due to a pink sheet no filing stock and there sec restrictions, what difference does it make, this person has been Selling.

The real question is what's this company up to?... the stock has been driven down and may be driven down further allowing the possibility of this individual /s to buy back at a much lower price??

Oh well... there may be a play in here somewhere, times got the answers....
