I agree with you that now is not the time for us to end our saga with DNC. I'm very sure they have things in the works.
But I realize how hard it is for long-term investor to see the PPS at this stage of the game. For those of us who are long and have lost a good percentage of our investment, on paper anyway, you know you never lose a stock until you sell it!
We know they did bo bridge financing that gave us 500 K. we know they did an offering of stock in January, none of their products are actually for sale, the new IR department seems to be pretty much worthless at this point.
So as I stated in my previous post, in any other situation or with any other board of directors I wouldn't touch this stock.
I say all this for those who think it may be pumping up the stock, I'm not and I am very aware of all the DD that has been done, that said, I plan on buying more of the stock at this level because of its board of directors and its affiliations with some extremely large companies. I also know the silicone Valley area in Northern California and it is a high-tech fleamarket, I also see a huge connection between Seoul Korea and China. Over the last 10 years they have proved themselves as quality providers.
The whole other side of this is, we are turning into cyber world and have a huge foundation under us. Companies like Google Microsoft Adobe Yahoo Apple, all of these companies were highly speculative in their day. It wasn't long ago that to have a cell phone you had to pay $.40 a minute and it was the size of a brick. So I really feel the key here is cutting edge technology and how long it will last and fold into the next generation of technologys. I believe DNC multimedia is trying to do just that.
Will they succeed? Who knows! But I personally feel that have a very good shot. This is my own speculation please do your own DD and also consider the price of the stock in your speculations . We will never see Google at $.10 or any other of the major players. Val
