why aero .. and this board in
particular .. might be getting
so much attention by some *peeps*

all one has to do is look back
into january 08 when tellingly

aero filed the 14c in lieu of
the 14a .. and why that is so
important is .. because beside
saving shareholders of record
money .. and time <approx 4 weeks>
aero tipped their hand to the mm's

there is only so much time left for them

it's the time factor now that has
some in a panic .. notice you never
see a long extolling anyone to buy
one share -- we could care less

we collectively hold a healthy chunk
of the float .. and not surprisingly
since aero files .. and files on time

and the ceo has every intention of
reaching *break even* status sooner
rather than later .. it could very
well happen by may -- most likely
by this summer ..

again .. some of us .. work backwards
time frame .. time wise .. and yep
sorry been there done that .. the boogie man
words tossed out so frequently re: a r/s
or dilution mean nothing when used appropriately

and knowing that aero has just put behind them
the worst qtr <seasonality wise> that aero faces
to say nothing of the operational expenses
of getting all of the new distributors on board
and fully stocked ..

like i said .. fin was kind enough to drop
another hint .. with his mix of aero's products
<23> it's a tip -- for what may be coming from other
countries in europe .. we'll see

but it's not just fin .. those who chose to avail
themselves can find out the allied no.s and do
some rough math .. i've posted that info previously
but hey don't rely on me .. call ir or call allied

allied <along with some smaller distributors> was
pr'd by management .. in the fall of 07 --

there are also indy <independent> dealers completely
unconnected to any distributors .. some old and some
new ones .. who've signed on .. per ir <who speaks
for management> .. not every dealer will or has been .. pr'd

and if you don't think this management isn't conservative
two things right off the bat come to mind ..one
they only pr'd 100 dealers signed on -- the actual no. was
107 -- it's now higher .. again phone calls are required here

secondly .. and this is the biggest irony and i can tell
exactly who did dd by their posts .. if management didn't
care about their shareholders --- they wouldn't have quibbled
over dr. gas' *valuation* .. they would have done
the acquisition and damned the consequences .. that favorite term used so frequently by some who have no idea what it encompasses .. or why it's utilized by a successful start up
or emerging company

dilution .. it didn't happen .. instead based on what has just been pr'd this past week .. we can somewhat connect the dots .. or at least i can .. we have a boutique investment banking firm <boutique terminology covers the size of the loan> we then have the focus now on *in house* manufacturing for the pipes .. only idjf pointed out the other possibilities there .. but again as i always caution..one step at a time .. and lastly .. we have those east coast distributors <they are the ones with the 3
month stocking requirement ... again .. do the math>

you don't think it's paramount they get inventoried before
the *season* does kick off ..

well i do .. and i fully expect .. news on all 3 fronts
to be pr'd .. by management ... shortly -- perhaps even
as early as next week ..

what is so interesting .. is you have a company that has done
everything they said they would do ..

i trust in this company .. because their actions allow me to

and unlike some i have always from my very first posts in
aero .. cautioned both patience and time ..

imo the worst is behind us .. and others know it full well
