wade, HSOA- I've seen a few posters on here semi-contradict themselves at times. Maybe I have too. I won't hold it against you whatever you did contradictory or not.
I thought it was a step in the right direction for them but also shows how bloody the mess was/is for them. Hate to say it but we (many on VMC)... Well, you know.

There were certainly clear warning signs in many people's minds on that one for a long time (remember how I kept beating you over the head about accounts receivables? Now you know why).

It is refreshing to see them fess up if you will, but it doesn't do much to change their outlook. I'd buy it if the market cap was under the cash they have on hand and if they didn't have any pending lawsuits:) i.e. I'm not touching it, too risky.
