i would assume that Peter will try and fight to do what he can to reduce the 240M in any way possible since Carnes is such an obvious scam... if he is unsuccessful at any reduction, again I would assume the countdown would start the day they got the notice to convert which was on Jan 22nd, freeing them up around the end of July....
