I totally agree, if we had run the general course of plan for a small company you'd be seeing a much more liquid market and be in the .005 to 007 range probably.

I also agree that it makes no sense from a startup companies perspective to stay off the radar this long. So there must be something else in the mix.

In my speculative opinion and I have stated before I believe Mr. Lott's being counseled on how to position his company for the most expedient way to enter the big boards.

When he needed to finish the merger by the end of 07 we had it done in two months, it should've taken almost a year. I believe our CFO is laying out their unique plan to have things come together all at once. I also believe that Mr. Lott is tying up all loose ends. He knows the float is very thin, which means when he pulls the trigger it will move quickly. But until his share structure is stable and his warrants are cashed in and all the restricted shearers are out in the open and are probably sold off, his focus is probably on the big client market.

I think his hundred million in two years statement was accurate, but I also think that he's been counseled not to let numbers slip at this point. So he talks about his affiliation with other large companies he talks about products OEMs third-party software and the only real number he gives us is, if we get 1/10 of 1% will be in the $15-$20000000 range.

He seems to be going about this in a completely different manner than most other startup companies would. We are left at the mercy of what we know. If this was any other group of businessmen I wouldn't touch the stock! So when the time is right he will release all that is needed to achieve his intended objective. At that point I don't think he really cares who's invested in the stock, just those who (are) will ride the wave, he didn't make a big levy for others to invest in the stock, I think his comment was something like" I would encourage you to get some" and was right at the end of the conference call. You have to admit if he does show us a pathway to $100,000,000 in two years with 100 million a year thereafter, with 1.9 million in the float you know what's going to happen! I realize there is a lot of IFs at this point, but a $2000 investment at this time I feel would be well worth a shot with this company's potential. Pretty much for the price of a well used car with lots of miles on it. Next year the car will be worthless, but I doubt the stock will be! Just my humble opinion completely of speculation, I have no information other than what has been reported on this board and discussed intently. Val smile
