Well that clears up two things:

1) We've got the right Rudy, and 2) they have a need to sell a buttload of shares.

On a side note, it appears that google picked up therudyscam.com site some time today since it now says google was the top search engine used to find it. We shall see what the future holds.

Nothing in that filing changes anything written there except I can now say it is what I thought it was.
