Here is an interesting video. I feel this is on topic since many on board are in the opinion there is manipulation of PHGI while others act like it does not exist. This discussion on NSS has been active on the board without deletion. This explains why the the Reg Sho is NOT working and why SRO is not accurate as to the shares shorted. Have to love the way the SEC Chairman ( Cox) tries to divert the subject on to something else. lol. but we have it under control....NOT ! Cox looks very nervous IMO.


Cox admits there is NSS, and states they are equipped to deal with this, so, my question is " WHY ARE THEY NOT DEALING WITH THIS ?"
