The act of filing in and of itself is not enough for me to credit EI with being transparent. Taking action that dammages investor value and then PRing it, all the while spinning it as being positive is NOT being transparent. I am fully aware that this is a growing company and needs to raise money, creatively even. But, I had hoped that this company would behave with integrity and treat its shareholders with respect. Instead, they continue to spin things instead of being fortright. Fact is, if they had been more up front about the problems they were having, or at least not keep setting me up with false expectations, then I would be down the same amount that I am, but feel better about the company. Now, the company can expect only skepticism from me about whatever they say or PR to have accomplished.
