Change in control is completed right on schedule. Paulsen old CEO is gone from FFBU. All the old worthless businesses that were in FFBU left with Paulsen. Any reverse split in the first 12 months has stiff penalties. Now it's time for Adelle and Route 32 to reveal the new business going into FFBU. The hard part is behind us, the real fun is about to begin. There was no surprises in todays 8K. They did everything they said they would in the earlier filings.
