It probably is old, and it's nothing to really worry about. They stated that they were trying to acquire 20 mil worth of assets, not that they already had it. I also don't like the 60 mil shares it says they have.

What I don't understand though is why the switch they're making. They're moving subsidiaries from one of Norman/Rick's companies to another. It may be great for the pps, but I just don't understand it. Banx and Green is not currently on the OTCBB (they're on the greysheets), so they would have to file similar paperwork and about as much work to get ISBL uplisted.

This is why I wanted the Q/A session to come BEFORE today...
