Nah' He initially got ripped off by others when he first started developeing his first beverage venture. Now I think he's doing whatever he can to get enough funding to get this current venture off the ground and pay off accumulated debts from the past. Problem is he's probably flying blind and most likely getting poor advice from people not qualified to give it even though they think they are. In the meantime, unintentional or not, people get screwed along with his rep.
