Different T/A's have different policies on giving out company information regarding a/s, o/s etc.... many t/a's do not freely give this information to callers unless you are a director, etc.. this can be the specific t/a's policy... while gagging of t/a's does exist, simply because a t/a does not freely divulge o/s information when you call does not necessarily mean that they have been gagged by the company...
