Just so you know, Scottrade also has the stock on restricted, call in. Last order I did I asked why, and they could not give me a reason other than they do this when a stock has some type of erregular trading.

Once the order was put in, I was able to change my bid price on line. Other stocks I had before with restrictions would not let me do that.
