Um sorry that I have to give you a list I would think if you are here that you would have done some DD.

They had to settle the law suit.
They had to start making the product themselves.
They had to expand to many parts of the world.
They had to get into a position where they could make enough prodect to meet demand.
They had to get distributors.
They had to build the company.

If you think all of that comes automatically just because they went public then you are wrong. It does not work like that at all. But know that things are in place you can look for a steady improvement from here on out. IMHO
