MonArc Corporation (MonArc (MONA.PK) Receives New Ticker Symbol
TORONTO, Feb. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - MonArc Corporation announced today that it has been advised by the NASD that a new ticker symbol has been issued for MonArc. The new ticker symbol is now MONA, replacing the previous EFGO.

This is one more step completed in the process of Esprit Financial Group's sale of assets to TLGP and subsequent pending reverse merger with Canden Financial Group.

Incoming CEO, Steen Elgaard commented, 'This is a pleasant surprise. We were preparing for additional delays in light of the backlog at NASD, as noted on the Company's Town Hall last night.'

Outgoing CEO, Garr Winters added, 'We're getting very close to closing everything. Our next priority is issuing the Dec 31st financials. Now that the new transfer agent is in receipt of TLGP's records, they have advised us that they are finishing off their financials for December 31st, and will be uploading current information to the Pink Sheets covering the period up to the 2007 year-end. We have already been working with TLGP to update information related to the sale of Esprit assets to TLGP in this first quarter of 2008'.
