Only dilution issue centers around legacy debt. That is only piece where we didn't add value (as of yet, or that we know of) to shell. Every other CD has been on Tom's terms and is for adding value to shell. Not going to go into semantics about what is considered dilution.

Here is a general question for every poster on this board as I'm tired of reading the same ole sh^^ day in, day out..

I understand why people post in favor or this. They own the stock and want to see it go up. Ok, common sense - you own, you have interest, you want to make money (understood).

My question is..Is the converse true? People who are here for the negative aspect, are you here to see it go down for personal gain? Please don't reply with "wanting to warn the rest" (that is a bs answer and clearly dodging the question). My take is that if you don't like something, you stay away from it...haha but the converse is true. The more you dislike it, the more you post. Thus, there must be some monetary issue around this, for time is money.
