Freto, I think I already have expressed those thoughts with most all here -- And starting from a year ago, before my silence.

And until such time that 'I' am satisfied of those still-remaining concerns or shown any real cooperation from management by action/not words, to work towards an amicable arrangement that 'I beleive' will truly benefits (retail) investor's interests' and whereby promotes and progresses through transparency -- Any flexibility or even any acknowledgment to do those things towards the aforementioned goals and until they have reciprocated such to me in good faith...

...I continue 2C no reason to nor will continue to provide any ongoing public support/donations of more time, efforts and 'my' credibility here in vain, only for the benefit and/or towards the supportive actions of the remaining & ongoing Administrative management --AND-- its advisor/s whom clearly demonstarted that 'we' are 'not in agreement' with the views and/or forward objectives.

Therefore, unfortunately I do remain disappointed here...AND thus far, they have demonstrated no willingness to accept or or even answer my extremely fair counter offer while mandating the required elements of the recommendations to do the those right things, if moving forward together.

So even though; "I CAN Help and have HELPED -- They do NOT -- and STILL allow for -- Interference" .

When I believe and/or discover and verify something positive here, don't worry, I will be glad to let you know -- as always in honesty, with accuracy and with credibility -- Something they have yet 2Discover the true WORTH of, as it appears to not be worth any acknowledgement or follow-through -- Not even on 'My' request -- there one opportunity of credibility; considering ALL I/we have done for them.

After all, recall who said ---> "Either 'We' Win (together)-- Or No one does"...

...Well, I guess he was right-- but not exactly what he meant...I don't suppose.
