For about a second I took that as a joke. But then I realized that it is a TRULY EXCELLENT IDEA.
Other companies I have heard of have done similar things. A construction company in Colorado - future tenants could check out progress. A Wisconsin company that makes fire engines - firemen who were expecting a new truck could check out progress.
In one case above, to cut down on bandwidth required, a still picture was updated every thirty seconds or so.
