you're right - not much to see there.

what concerns me is the capital and share count. It's not a SEC filing, so we really still know nothing about BGGR. What this submission does prove is that the company Banx and Green is for real and does exist. However, we still have no proof about anything really said in the PRs - and the share count/capital, although *could* be old information (or just filler information until SEC filings can be submitted), goes against what ISBL PR'd in regards to PPS and O/S.

We'll see.
