Yeh I have seen this beore also , Not sure who this person is ,may be he was compensated with shares for his servies etc .
I would start worrying if the CEO or others start selling too.
This one incidence is not concerned for me.

BTW - Look at AWYI , I am long there too and its popping today. Had some great news and expecting more in future..
