Why would they reduce the share structure from 65 million? That's extremely low, and it's always a drag to see them raise it after lowering it. UHCR lowered theirs from 490 Mil to 10 mil, are buying a company and will now have to raise A/S back up to 75 - 100 Mill to do it. This is all from the CEO!
